Our First fair Creative Kružna

Yesterday, we took Ivé Lys Studio outside the studio for the first time and placed it in the middle of Rijeka's Kružna Street.

We participated in the craft fair Creative Kružna, alongside other local creatives, and for the first time had the opportunity to present our candles live – exactly as we imagined them: as small objects that bring peace, scent, and character into a space.

The day was hot. Very hot.
But the atmosphere was quite the opposite – lively, relaxed, and full of good energy.

The best part wasn't just the pieces sold, although the sales genuinely surprised us and exceeded our expectations. It was meeting people. Conversations about scents, shapes, and materials. Gazing at candles we had only known from our studio, now in the hands of someone seeing them for the first time.

In those moments you realize that what we create is no longer just our idea.
It becomes part of someone's home, someone's ritual, someone's everyday moment.

And perhaps that's exactly why our first fair was important.

Not just because we were selling candles, but because we met people who liked our little world enough to take it with them.

The first fair is behind us.
And somehow, we have a feeling this is just the beginning. 🤍
