Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders within Croatia are shipped via BOX NOW parcel lockers or Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta).

Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and the customer's location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the selected delivery option.

Please note that during public holidays, promotional periods, or times of increased seasonal demand, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
